East Bank Village Partnership The East Bank and Howard Park neighborhoods in downtown South Bend are undergoing dramatic development with exciting changes in business, retail, and housing in a vibrant area with two historic districts. Manifesto 1 has been retained to create an entire new identity for these two neighborhoods, in addition to developing a comprehensive website. The new ID incorporates a butterfly motif in the logo, which ties into the many custom-made steel butterfly installations thoughout the neighborhood. Visit the East Bank Village Partnership website.
